Our Core Values
PragmatismServiceInnovationCollaborationSharing
Shared principles that guide how we work, make decisions and act.Putting Our Values into Practice
Pragmatism: ask why, focus on results and stay modest
Verify information, understand the issue and assess work by real results. Communicate honestly and keep objective records without overstating achievements, so that decisions and collaboration are grounded in facts.
Service: take ownership, give your best and keep improving
Take responsibility and solve problems around customer needs. Make full use of skills and resources, collaborate promptly and ask for support when needed. Keep improving service, using yesterday's progress as the starting point for tomorrow.
Innovation: understand needs, challenge conventions and work smarter
Start with real needs and the customer experience. Improve products, processes and working methods within legal and regulatory requirements. Work backwards from the goal: first make it possible, then make it better, then make it cost-effective. Simplify complex problems.
Collaboration: communicate openly, support each other and deliver together
Work towards shared goals, communicate proactively and support one another. Hand over cargo information, progress and exceptions clearly, agree who is responsible and what happens next, and keep each stage connected.
Sharing: exchange experience, share methods and grow together
Share practical experience, useful methods and lessons learned so good practices can be understood, reused and improved. Help colleagues grow through exchange, and give customers clearer, more useful shipping information.
